Insurance is required with any unpainted Bisque. We take the utmost care in packaging our shipments but some occurences are out of our control. In the event it becomes lost or damaged you as our customer are protected. The insurance amount has already been calculated into the shipment price. If you are ordering paints only and DO NOT want the insurance send us an email with your order and I will adjust. YOU are responsible for this shipment and we will not be responsibile for a replacement shipment without payment.
We can ship UPS or FED-X if requested. The shipping rates are currently set USPS in the checkout process of the order. If you would like to use one of the carriers listed above please email us your order and we will give you those rates and a buy now for the whole order.

When it arrives please inspect the outside of the carton and if there is any damage please let the driver know so it can be notated. Inpect the contents for damage with-in 10 days.
We prefer USPS as a shipment method. During your checkout you will see your USPS options. We can ship Priority under 5 lbs and the remaining is Parcel Post. We do offer a standard flat rate shipment as long as the product fits into the box. Weight or destination doesn't matter a flat fee.
We will always use the best method to ship your product. We DO NOT charge extra for packaging, handling etc. IF YOU CLICK ON A METHOD THAT DOES NOT SUIT YOUR SHIPMENT WE WILL CHANGE IT TO MEET YOUR DELIVERY TIME, PRICE, AND EXPECTATION. We will notify you by email before doing this and if we find a cheaper rate we will offer you a credit on your next order.
We can ship outside the US but have not calculated in for automation. If you are outside the US please email us with your order and we can confirm order and shipping charges
